Job Description

1. Business Development & Market Growth:

  • Identify and develop existing/new business opportunities in the assigned region to expand our market presence.
  • Craft and execute local market penetration plans aligned with infrastructure growth trends.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key customers, contractors, government bodies, and channel partners.

2. Sales Leadership:

  • Lead a motivated sales team towards ambitious revenue and market share targets.
  • Build robust sales pipelines; ensure systematic follow-up and closure.
  • Track and report key metrics, adapting tactics as market dynamics evolve.
  • Drive Key Account Sales personally while maintaining Management level relationships

3. Strategy & Market Insight:

  • Use market data, industry reports, and competitor intelligence to stay ahead.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align regional plans with the group’s long-term goals.

4. Team Building & Culture:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performance business development team.
  • Foster an entrepreneurial, results-driven culture where people thrive and grow.
  • Mentor junior team members to prepare them for larger roles.

5. Leadership Pipeline:

  • Take ownership beyond daily targets — act as a catalyst for new initiatives.
  • Position yourself to take on broader P&L responsibility as we grow into adjacent industries and markets.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
  • MBA from a reputable institute (Marketing, Strategy, or Operations preferred).
  • 8–9 years of experience in B2B Business Development or Sales leadership.
  • Experience in industrial products, capital equipment, automotive, or infrastructure industries preferred, but open to high p

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
