Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Executive/Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients in the IT services and solutions domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, proven experience in B2B sales, and a track record of building relationships with decision-makers in target companies. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients in need of IT services (software development, cloud solutions, staffing, managed services, etc.). Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and attending industry events. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs. Build a robust sales pipeline and maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM tools. Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations. Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure a smooth handover to the delivery team. Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
