Role Overview:

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding & growing channel partners across international markets such as the US,UK,Australia etc, specifically across key sectors - Hospitality and Fitness sectors. This is to drive company growth through new and existing partners relationships.


This is a contract work for 3 months and there's opportunity for a potential extension or full time position.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the end-to-end partnership process, from outreach and negotiations to onboarding in the hospitality and fitness sectors internationally.
  • Co-ordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure the seamless implementation and success of new partnerships.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities and improve existing partnerships.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with global team members and other departments.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.


Requirements:

  • 2 + Years of B2B partnership experience across hospitality and fitness sectors.Preferably someone who has previous experience in managing international B2B partnerships.
  • Proven track record of building and executing complex partnerships.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Proficient in English (both verbal and written).
  • High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field is a plus.
  • Must be available to do night shift as part of the role.
