Business Development Manager (BDM)/ Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) / Project Manager to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and oversee project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in sales and project management, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
-Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.-Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.-Prepare and present proposals, sales pitches, and business strategies to clients.-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

-Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and project execution.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
-3+ years of experience in business development, project management, or a similar role.-Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.-Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and project management tools.-Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player.
