Job Description

1) Identify and target potential clients like corporates, coworking spaces, architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors. 2) Research market trends, competition, and opportunities in Pune and surrounding regions (like Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Nashik, etc.). 3) Reach out to decision-makers (facility managers, procurement heads, architects). 4) Pitch modular furniture solutions tailored to client needs — emphasizing ergonomics, modularity, and customization. 5) Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing based on requirements. 6) Maintain strong post-sale relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. 7) Act as a liaison between client requirements and the design/production team. 8) Gather feedback for continuous improvement. 9) Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 10) Negotiate and close deals to maximize margins while meeting client expectations.
