We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with 2–5 years of experience in the EV Manufacturing or related industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to overall sales and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and strategic partners
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
Handle client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
Coordinate with production and technical teams for order execution
Maintain detailed records of business development activities
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the EV or manufacturing sector
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage
Salary-Negotiable – based on candidate’s experience and last drawn salary.
Experience Required: 2 to 5 years
Location: Kolkata, Howrah, Hooghly
