About the Role

We’re looking for a smart, driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) who knows how to start meaningful conversations. You’ll be the first point of contact for high-potential leads - identifying, reaching out, and setting up opportunities that lead to long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads in the creator, media, and digital startup space
• Source and build high-quality lead lists using tools like Apollo, Linkedin, and Lusha.
• Run outbound campaigns through email and LinkedIn using Lemlist, Instantly, Clay, etc.
• Manage CRM tools with clear tracking of leads, outreach, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert warm leads, while writing and optimizing cold messaging that drives conversions.

Ideal Candidate

• Great communicator and quick learner
• Knows tools, loves testing, and has an eye for opportunities
• Bonus: Into YouTube, creators, or digital media

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹9,852.88 - ₹41,113.41 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
