Business Development Intern

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Intern to support our growth initiatives. This internship will provide exposure to real estate sales, marketing, client acquisition, and channel partner development. shine.com

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Support the business development team in outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation.
• Maintain CRM entries and track communication with prospects.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing collaterals.
• Help coordinate with channel partners and brokers for project promotion.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Participate in sales meetings and client calls with senior executives

Qualifications & Skills:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sales and the real estate industry.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and eager to learn.shine.com

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
