Business Development Intern

About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Interns who are eager to dive into the real world of sales, CRM, and client relationship management. If you're someone who loves engaging with people, managing leads, and uncovering growth opportunities through cross-selling — this role is for you!

What You'll Do:

✅ Manage and update our CRM system with leads, client follow-ups, and deal status

✅ Interact with potential and existing clients via calls, emails, or WhatsApp

✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication

✅ Identify cross-selling opportunities and pitch relevant digital solutions

✅ Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports

✅ Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure aligned communication

What We're Looking For:

• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Basic understanding of sales or CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or Google Sheets)
• Confidence in handling client calls and follow-ups
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced digital agency
• Ability to think strategically and pitch creatively
