We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting the company’s services/products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and attending industry events. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Understand client requirements and present customized solutions. Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop strategies for customer acquisition. Maintain CRM with updated lead and opportunity status. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback. Preferred Skills: Experience in [industry-specific experience if needed].
