Position : Business Development Head Roles and Responsibilities : Overall responsibility of managing all gold transactions, business development, compliance, collections and operation. Achieving monthly revenue targets of gold loan. Responsible for Compliance, KYC and documentation of products assigned Conducting detailed market study to analyse the latest market trends to track competitors’ activities for building a robust sales strategy Responsible to build and nurture clientele for regular business flow. Assess risks, review control effectiveness and improve processes for better customer experience as well as stronger risk management Job Purpose : This position is accountable for driving growth of Gold Loan business through planning and execution of sales strategy and marketing activities. The incumbent shall ensure customer service excellence with high level of service standards. Qualification, Experience & Skills : Bachelor's Degree/ Master’s Degree will be preferred 2+ years of experience in Gold Loan Sales.
