Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online research.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Present company services and solutions to clients via email, phone, and virtual
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
• Follow up with prospects and close sales to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align client expectations with service offerings.
• Maintain CRM records and track the sales pipeline.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role (preferably in IT, SaaS, or service-based industry).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools like Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce (preferred).
