Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Schedule meetings, give presentations, and pitch relevant products or services
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Follow up with leads and convert them into long-term clients
• Maintain an accurate record of business development activities and client interactions
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Freshers & Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
• Prior experience in sales or business development (preferred but not mandatory for freshers)
