Job description Manage complete cycle of software product sales. Lead generation- Research and generate new (focused) leads for identified products and project areas. Lead nurturing and conversion Understand customer requirements, Prepare solutions and Proposals. Respond to RFIs and RFPs. Meeting prospective clients as and when needed. Demonstrate product and solutions to prospective clients. Ensure successful closure of all leads by end-to-end coordination. Representing the company in various conferences/meets/trade shows. Achieving the company’s revenue and collection targets. Finding and developing new markets like Europe, USA, Singapore etc. and improving sales. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Building and Managing sales team. Identifying and Managing sales partners. Market research. Competition analysis. Planning and driving new marketing initiatives. Traditional marketing as well as Digital marketing. Prefer Candidates with ERP/HCM/HRMS sales experience . Industry IT Services and IT Consulting Employment Type Full-time
