Education: MBA (Preferred) Work Experience: Minimum 1 year Employment: Full-time Location: Gurgaon Designations: Business Development Executive- Sales Working Days: Monday Saturday Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Responsibilities: This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive . As a Business Development Executive, your main responsibilities will include generating new business leads, managing accounts, and maintaining effective communication with clients using a consultative approach. Key Role: You will be actively involved in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the company. This role requires strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. The candidate will qualify leads and promote the sales and services of the company. New Business Development and Lead Generation skills Strong business acumen and strategic thinking Customer Acquisition To Closure. Lead Qualifying and Nurturing Set-up Appointments and Client Meetings. Timely Follow-ups calls to increase conversion rate. Manage and update sales pipeline and the CRM system with all Communications. Timely follow-ups on sales inquiries made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls. Qualification & Skills Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the luxury goods industry is a plus Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills Experience in Business and Account Management Ability to effectively manage and grow client accounts Proven track record in achieving sales targets Self-motivated and driven to succeed Strong negotiation skills MS Office experience is preferred Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients. Good listening and problem-solving skills. Time management skills. Critical thinking skills.
