Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at greytHR, you will play a crucial role in developing and sustaining new sales leads, establishing strong relationships with customers, and collaborating with internal departments to drive demand generation in the Middle-East region. Your enthusiastic and people-oriented approach will be key in planning extensively and showcasing the value addition of our services to clients. Your responsibilities will include developing new business opportunities, coordinating sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, researching tools for business growth, and maintaining existing client accounts. You will be responsible for sales revenue growth and retention in the assigned territory, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and seeking opportunities for upselling. Collaboration with internal stakeholders, effective communication with customers, and proactive engagement will be essential in meeting sales goals and maintaining long-term business development plans. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will execute sales strategies, refine lead generation activities, and maintain a database in the CRM system. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum graduation degree from a recognized university, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in B2B SAAS software product sales and 4+ years of overall B2B sales experience is required. Demonstrating solutions to customers, familiarity with HCM software, experience in the Middle-East region, and proficiency in Sales Force automation/CRM tools are advantageous. You should possess strong analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and have a critical-thinking mindset to solve problems effectively. A self-starter with multitasking abilities, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a results-oriented approach will thrive in this role. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in English are necessary, with Arabic being a plus but not mandatory.
