Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients through online research, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.Generate qualified leads for B2B services including content development, digital marketing, virtual assistance, and web development.Maintain and update lead databases in Excel or CRM systems.Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to convert leads into opportunities.Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets and submit regular reports.Key Requirements:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsBasic understanding of B2B sales and servicesProficiency in using LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and email toolsSelf-motivated and target-driven attitudePrior experience in lead generation or sales preferredMust be available to work full-time from the Varanasi office.
