Job Description: We are seeking dynamic and proactive Business Development Freshers with excellent communication skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the IT services industry, including web, mobile, and custom software development. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and equipment needs. - Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships. - Generating the lead from different portals, Upwork, Guru, Linkedin etc. - Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients. - Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders. - Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed. - Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news. - Create Business Proposal, Presentations, Slides, and other documents as required by a potential client. Key Requirements: -Graduates/Post Graduates - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation skills Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in selling web, mobile, and custom software development services. - Knowledge of international sales and marketing strategies. - Career growth and professional development opportunities.
