Business Development Executive Intern

About Us:

We are a small team of 2 Upwork growth experts managing a portfolio of clients. We are not yet an established company, but we are growing. We are looking for an intern to join us on-site in our office and help us grow this venture.

Role Description:

This is a full-time internship for a Business Development Intern. You will work directly with us to find new clients and manage existing ones. This is a great chance to learn how a business is built.

Day-to-day tasks will include:

• Learning how to find new clients through outreach.
• Helping to write business proposals.
• Communicating with clients via email and messages.
• Assisting with managing our client accounts on LinkedIn and Upwork.
• Tracking sales and marketing results.

What we are looking for:

• Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• An interest in business development and sales.
• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
• Basic organizational skills.
• Currently studying or a recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Bonus (Good to have, but not required):

• Experience with Prompt Engineering.
• IT or service business related experience

Note:

This is a full-time, on-site role in Rajkot. A stipend will be provided.
