Business Development Executive - Inside Sales

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. This is a non-field, office-based sales role (Inside Sales). Key Responsibilities: Identify opportunities for new business development by following up on leads and conducting research on target clients. Generate new business by connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions. Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with an existing portfolio of clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business. Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales activity and revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions. Requirements: Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions. Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
