Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team in Guindy, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and hands-on experience with CRM tools like Zoho. Candidates with prior experience in the media or entertainment industry will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively
Maintain and manage critical business data and reports
Address and resolve grievances in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations
Ensure seamless use and management of CRM tools, especially Zoho CRM
Must-Have Skills:
Strong email and written communication skills
Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Customer-first approach to work
Experience using CRM tools, preferably Zoho CRM
Strong organizational and data management skills
Preferred Languages:
Tamil (mandatory)
English (mandatory)
Hindi or Malayalam (added advantage)
