About the Role

We are looking for high-performing and target-driven professionals to join our sales team as Business Development Executives (BDE). This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about the education sector, who have a flair for customer interaction and a proven ability to convert leads into successful sales.

You will be a key contributor in driving student enrollments and revenue growth in a fast-paced, goal-oriented EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue through new student acquisition via consultative selling and product presentations
  • Identify and understand student needs and recommend suitable products/services
  • Follow up with leads via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert prospects
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets (calls, demos, closures)
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client information in CRM systems
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on customer interactions
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments

Eligibility Criteria For Business Development Executive (BDE):

  • Experience: 6 Month to 2 years
  • Mandatory: Minimum 6 months of EdTech sales experience (internship or full-time)
  • Qualification: Open to graduates from all academic streams

  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications

Note: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore. Only candidates with prior EdTech sales experience (internship or full-time) will be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
