' Keys Responsibilities Handle customer queries and complaints via phone, email, or chat for domestic and international clients. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right methods/tools. Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver professional customer support. Follow up with customers where necessary and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
