Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will possess a basic understanding of the travel industry, a growth mindset, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads for potential clients or customers.
• Research and prospect new leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to existing clients.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
• Participate in sales meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
• Actively engage in networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to build relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Represent the company and promote its products or services.
• Deal with vendors and customers, maintaining strong relationships.
• Collect feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of the travel industry.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Growth mindset with a proactive approach to learning and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong communication skill in English and knowledge in hindi (optional)
