Job Description

Responsibility Deliverable:

Data Sourcing & Management for B2B lead generation: Finding/researching data of door openers in Corporate/Government Firms and decision makers using face to face meetings, Google search, LinkedIn (and other social media), data tools, Email, phone calls for project management software solutions

Sales Meetings:Provide values to decision makers and create relationships with officials. Set up sales meetings to understand Customer’s requirement and how our solutions fit into theirs, budget and urgency for need of product.

Sales Proposals: Prepare Proposals/Tender document submissions covering all needs,

requirements with effective pricing.

Sales Cycle: Responsible for complete sales cycles from lead to closure with Effective follow-ups and meetings. Using effective and communication and negotiation skills to close clients and, generate revenue

Client Sectors Profile: B2B, AEC, Energy, Infrastructure, PSU’s

Types of Products: Project Management Software, Project Collaboration, CDE, BIM, Cost Estimation

Measurement Metrics:

  • # of calls per week
  • # of meetings per week/month – Online/F2F
  • # of demos per week/month
  • # of leads converted per month
  • # Revenue generated per month

Desirable Skills and Profile:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Software Sales (CAD, ERP, Engineering, 3D/4D, DMS, Project

Management Software (P6/MSP)

  • Proficient in telephone and meeting Etiquettes
  • Good business development & solution selling skills

Willing to travel to customer locations

  • Graduates from Engineering preferable
  • Basic knowledge of IT applications/software solutions

Knowledge:

  • MS office
  • Techno – Commercial proposal preparations
  • Tender preparation
  • Internet Usage and fact finding
  • Social Media (LinkedIn) skills, Email skills
