We seek an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions. You’ll expand our market presence and cement the organization as a leader in fintech innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Forge and manage partnerships with banks/NBFCs to boost revenue and market share.
Identify, negotiate, and close high-impact deals in the BFSI/fintech sector.
Develop growth strategies aligned with company's product offerings.
Lead cross-functional collaboration (product, legal, tech) to ensure partnership success.
Monitor industry trends to uncover new opportunities.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience: 3+ years in fintech/BFSI sales or business development.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling revenue via banking/NBFC partnerships.
Skills: Expert negotiator, relationship builder, and strategic thinker.
Mindset: Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
