Job Title: Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing (SEO & Performance Marketing) Location: Jaipur & Kanpur Experience: 0 to 2 years Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with a focus on SEO and Performance Marketing services. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and driving revenue growth by promoting our specialized digital marketing solutions. Your goal will be to effectively communicate the value of our SEO and paid media services (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and convert leads into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, cold outreach, and networking Understand client goals and offer tailored SEO and performance marketing strategies to achieve measurable outcomes Present, pitch, and demonstrate our SEO services, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaign solutions with a consultative approach Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients Work closely with internal digital marketing and creative teams to develop proposals, campaign strategies, and pricing models Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, performance reports, and updates on pipeline status to management Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry innovations to provide value-driven solutions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Certification in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, or Meta Ads is preferred Basic understanding of SEO, PPC (Google/Meta), conversion tracking, and analytics tools Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams Prior experience in digital marketing sales, client servicing, or business development (agency/B2B environment) is a plus What You’ll Gain Exposure to real-time performance marketing campaigns and SEO strategy development Career growth opportunities in a fast-paced, result-driven digital marketing environment Structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience with a performance-first team
