Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads via cold calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media.
  • Pitch Study Comrades training and internship programs to students, parents, and academic institutions.
  • Conduct demos and strategy sessions with interested leads.
  • Follow up with leads regularly to maintain engagement and drive conversions.
  • Maintain accurate lead and client records using CRM tools.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets related to student enrollments and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns.
  • Actively participate in webinars, bootcamps, and campus events to generate new leads.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi/Telugu preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Confident speaker with a student-first approach.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of EdTech trends and career development space.
