Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Identify and qualify potential leads via cold calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media.
Pitch Study Comrades training and internship programs to students, parents, and academic institutions.
Conduct demos and strategy sessions with interested leads.
Follow up with leads regularly to maintain engagement and drive conversions.
Maintain accurate lead and client records using CRM tools.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets related to student enrollments and partnerships.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns.
Actively participate in webinars, bootcamps, and campus events to generate new leads.

Preferred candidate profile:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi/Telugu preferred).
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Confident speaker with a student-first approach.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Target-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
Basic knowledge of EdTech trends and career development space.
