Business Development Associate

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard clients across FMCG, lifestyle, tech, D2C, real estate, and more.
• Create customized sales pitches, proposals, and case studies.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business and upselling.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams for campaign execution.
• Track KPIs and maintain sales dashboards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity to pitch proactively.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years in a BD role at a creative agency, digital marketing firm, or influencer marketing company.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in pitching to brands, agencies, and senior decision-makers.
• Organized, self-driven, and collaborative.
• Must be
