Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Customer Needs Analysis: Understand and meticulously analyze prospective customers requirements, pain points, and preferences to effectively tailor product/project offerings. Pre-Sales Management: Take full ownership of the entire pre-sales function, from initial lead handling and qualification to successfully coordinating and ensuring site visits for potential customers. Sales Coordination & Reporting: Collaborate closely with the sales team post-site visits, and meticulously update and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports in Excel, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility. Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Conduct consistent and effective follow-ups with customers, manage the database of leads allocation, and strive to achieve high sales conversions through persistent and persuasive communication. Sales Pipeline Management: Ensure timely and accurate updates on the sales pipeline within the designated system. Submit any other reports and updates as required by the reporting manager to provide comprehensive insights into sales activities. Sales Planning & Supervision: Assist in preparing comprehensive sales plans and, as needed, contribute to the supervision of overall sales activities to ensure alignment with company objectives. Customer Database Expansion: Actively work towards expanding the customer database manifold and meticulously maintaining a robust data bank of potential customers for future outreach and engagement. Target Achievement & Collections: Consistently achieve high sales targets and efficiently manage collections from customers, ensuring a smooth and timely revenue cycle. Product/Project Pitching & Closures: Effectively pitch the unique features and value propositions of the project/product to potential customers, skillfully addressing objections and ensuring successful closures. Full Sales Cycle Engagement: Initiate and manage sales activities from the pre-launch stage through to the final closing, ensuring a consistently high customer satisfaction score throughout the entire sales journey. Documentation & Handover Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with the customer service department to ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and to facilitate a smooth handover process for closed deals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related customer-facing role, preferably within the [mention relevant industry, e.g., real estate, technology, services] sector. Demonstrated ability to understand customer requirements and match them with product/service offerings. Strong understanding of the pre-sales process and lead nurturing techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management. Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail. Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
