Maintain and update CRM with lead details and call outcomes.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations & follow-ups.

Coordinate with internal teams to understand services & solutions.
Support overall business development goals.
Excellent communication & persuasion skills.
Resilient, self-driven, and able to handle objections positively.
Strong organizational skills & eagerness to learn about IT solutions & digital marketing.
Bonus: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, or Upwork bidding.
Practical exposure to IT industry sales & client acquisition.
