Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and proactive On-Field Business Marketing Associate to join our team. This role involves generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals with clients such as schools, NGOs, and colleges. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the market, and the ability to build strong client relationships while working independently in the field. Key Responsibilities: Market Scanning: Identify potential leads and business opportunities within your designated area/city. Client Visits: Meet with potential clients (schools, NGOs, colleges) to present and demonstrate our product offerings. Sales Management: Negotiate and finalize agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. Coordination: Collaborate with the Head Office to share updates, progress, and plans for deal closures. Record Maintenance: Document daily activities, including client meetings, interactions, and progress reports. Cold Calling & Follow-Ups: Call prospects from the provided database, arrange presentations, and follow up to ensure satisfaction and explore additional business opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Proven experience in business development or sales (minimum 1 year). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Must own a two-wheeler and a laptop. Key Requirements: Fluent in English. Willingness to travel extensively (100%). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Adaptability to dynamic work environments and client needs.
