We offer a wide range of spiritual products and services, and are building a platform for temples, astrologers, and spiritual seekers. We’re on a mission to modernize devotion for the next generation. JOB OVERVIEW: - We are seeking a passionate and creative Business Developer who will play a key role in conceptualizing, developing, and managing podcasts focused on spiritual content, including bhakti programs, spiritual discourses, and devotional stories. You will also be responsible for growing our reach and collaborations in the spiritual and media domain. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop and execute ideas for weekly spiritual podcast episodes. Research spiritual topics, stories, and current trends in devotional media. Host or coordinate podcast interviews with spiritual speakers, gurus, or storytellers. Collaborate with the audio/video editing team for podcast production. Identify and connect with potential spiritual influencers or organizations for partnerships. Promote the podcast through digital platforms and social media. Assist in creating strategies to expand listenership and increase audience engagement. Maintain database of podcast guests, episodes, and promotional content. Represent the brand with a strong sense of Bhakti and professionalism. KEY REQUIREMENTS:- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Development, Astrology, Spiritual Studies, or related fields. Prior experience in podcasting, content creation, or digital marketing is a plus. Basic knowledge of business development and marketing strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in Hindi & English preferred). Ability to speak confidently and clearly (podcast hosting skills). Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about building a spiritual media brand.
