About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our IT Sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates passionate about sales, technology, and client interaction. You will be responsible for generating leads, pitching IT services, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients through market research and outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls)
• Understand client needs and present suitable IT services and solutions
• Schedule meetings and product demos with prospects
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations
• Maintain CRM and track communication with leads
• Follow up regularly to close deals and achieve targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of IT services and digital solutions
• Confidence in cold calling and email outreach
• Proficiency in MS Office and tools like LinkedIn
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic sales environment
