Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges
• Elicit, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories or requirement specifications
• Conduct gap analyses, SWOT assessments, and feasibility studies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and project managers
• Create process models, workflows, and diagrams to support business understanding
• Analyze and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate solutions meet business expectations
• Monitor and report project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• Recommend process improvements and assist in change management initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
• Strong understanding of business process modeling, data analysis, and requirements gathering
• Proficiency with tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar
• Knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
• Domain knowledge in Healthcare & Lifesciences
