What We Are Looking For:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or partnership management, ideally within the sports events or tournament sector.Skills:- Sponsorship Superstar: A strong track record of securing successful sponsorship deals.- Communication Champion: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.- Networking Pro: Ability to build and maintain influential relationships. - Negotiation Master: Skilled in high-stakes negotiations and closing complex deals.- Event Savvy: Understanding of the dynamics and opportunities within sports events and tournaments. - Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop creative and effective sponsorship solutions.- Passion for Sports: A genuine enthusiasm for sports and the growth of Padel is essential! - Global Mindset: Experience or understanding of international sports sponsorships is a plus. - Tech Proficient: Comfortable with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
