We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Leader who can shape the future of VitaPoint (a UK based e-Commerce store) as the category leader country-wide.

This is not your ordinary marketing role. It’s for someone who wants to create brands that consumers truly trust, love, and connect with - and can balance long-term brand-building with strong performance marketing across the industry.

What you’ll own:

• The entire brand journey for VitaPoint — from narrative to trial to loyalty and advocacy.
• Category creation and market leadership for VitaPoint in the e-Commerce space.
• Full-funnel marketing, encompassing performance, content, CRM, influencer, and ATL initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop/oversee the brand strategy and positioning for VitaPoint.
• Drive brand awareness, consideration, loyalty, and equity through innovative campaigns across media - from digital, social, influencer, to ATL.
• Building range of products to develop VitaPoint as a one-point store for all the daily essentials.
• Spearhead Go-to-Market plans for new product launches and expansion initiatives.
• Manage full-funnel marketing campaigns, optimizing for both performance and long-term loyalty.
• Establish and track marketing health metrics, market share, and customer retention to gauge the impact of initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of marketing experience, with a strong proven track record in brand-building and growing consumer brands.
• Collaborative and strong interpersonal skills; able to align stakeholders toward a shared objective.
• Experience of working in high-energy, entrepreneurial environments -D2C, retail, or e-commerce is a strong plus.
• Educational background with marketing course will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
