Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager-International Marketing

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy or Biotechnology

  with an MBA in Marketing

  (mandatory)
• Minimum

  10 years of experience

  in international marketing.
• Proven

  B2B marketing experience

  in global markets is essential

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  science-based marketing

  strategy including PvP, CvP, product positioning, and differentiation
• Develop and execute

  annual marketing plans

  , brand calendars, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies
• Drive

  digital marketing

  including website, social media, and email campaigns
• Use

  AI tools

  for brand planning, strategy, and market analysis
• Monitor

  competitor activity

  and optimize brand communication accordingly
• Analyze

  market data and trends

  to propose new product opportunities
• Plan and track

  marketing budgets

  with ROI-based decision making.

2. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with

  sales teams

  for effective execution of brand strategies
• Engage with

• Represent the company in

  global exhibitions

  such as Vitafoods Europe and Supply Side West USA
• Drive

  PR and brand visibility

  initiatives in targeted markets
• Work with

  KOLs, marketing consultants, and PR agencies

  to design region-specific campaigns
