Client Servicing Manager/Account Manager/ Brand manager Department: Client Servicing - Creative Agency - Mainline Advertising We are looking for a self-driven person with a Proactive attitude. • He/she should have excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills. • Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met. • Managing accounts and projects independently. • Understanding and communicating clients marketing/creative briefs to the creative team. • Ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of the client’s project. • Plan, create & present roadmaps to the prospective client to win new accounts. • Conducting monthly/quarterly account reviews. • Experience in handling development clients as well as corporate clients shall be desirable but not essential. • Pitching innovative ideas to clients & actively getting involved in winning awards for the organization. • Work with the team to plan and implement the best branding strategy for the client.
