Branch Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
• Lead and manage the sales team; monitor performance through defined KPIs.
• Set clear individual sales targets and provide ongoing support, motivation, and training to ensure achievement.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team for lead generation initiatives and brand promotion activities.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure timely reporting to the head office.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 2 to 10 years in sales management, preferably in a target-driven environment.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Google Sheets and MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Tamil is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
