Job Title: Branch Relationship Officer (Assistant Manager) – Axis Bank Young Bankers Program Job Category: Banking & Financial Services – Sales & Relationship Management Location: PAN India (Excluding Bihar & Jharkhand) Program Partner: Manipal Academy of BFSI Job Description: Axis Bank, in collaboration with Manipal Academy of BFSI, is hiring dynamic graduates under the Axis Bank Young Bankers Program. This is a Hire-Train-Deploy model where selected candidates undergo intensive training followed by a guaranteed job as an Assistant Manager at Axis Bank. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the face of Axis Bank at the branch level - Build and maintain relationships with walk-in customers and assigned portfolio clients - Assist customers with their banking needs such as account opening, deposits, withdrawals, loans, and investments - Promote and cross-sell banking products including credit cards, personal loans, insurance, and savings schemes - Meet assigned branch-level sales and service targets - Ensure compliance with internal policies and RBI/KYC guidelines - Handle documentation, reporting, and customer follow-ups Compensation: - Fixed CTC: ₹3.2 LPA (₹26,667/month) - Total CTC: ₹4.42 LPA (Includes loan benefit of ₹1.22 Lakh) - Stipend: ₹5,000/month for first 4 months of classroom training.
