Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Operations Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in affordable housing and housing loan operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze and resolve operational issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Foster a positive work environment and provide guidance to team members.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in affordable housing or housing loan operations.
Strong knowledge of branch operations, customer service, and sales management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
