Job Description


We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail sales team in the housing sector. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the housing industry, and should be based in Tiruchirappalli. Roles and Responsibility
  • Drive sales and ensure business targets are achieved for the assigned area.
  • Execute defined strategies to achieve branch performance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to create and meet sales forecasts.
  • Manage growth and profitability by staying competitive and creating/adjusting sales strategies.
  • Expand and retain the company''s customer base through strong liaisons with clients and channel partners.
  • Lead and supervise the SM & RM team through appropriate hiring, training, reward, and recognition.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of the lending process at various stages including inquiry, application, verification, pre-sanction processing of loan, sanction, post-sanction documentation, disbursement of loan, collection, new and existing customer service.
  • Manage post-sales customer and channel partner escalations.
  • Coordinate and supervise all key departments internally and strategize the roadmap for lending products.
  • Manage branch operating costs, including acquisition costs, expenses, and operations.
  • Monitor the quality of the book to minimize delinquency at the branch level and support the appropriate closure of stress accounts by collaborating with the collections team.
  • Optimize and closely monitor team productivity by effectively managing the team of sales managers to assure achievement of business targets and profitability.
  • Collaborate effectively with departments and channel partners.
  • Ensure active distribution span of control is maintained at the branch level as per norms.
  • Constantly keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Establish internal controls for legal compliance and conduct periodic audits to detect non-compliance and frauds, devising actions for correction and prevention.
  • Ensure a strong understanding of markets, competition, processes, and products, providing positive feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market.
  • Ensure compliance with all Audit/NHB regulations and company policies and procedures.

  • Graduate degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the housing industry.
  • Possess strong knowledge of sales management, team management, and customer relationship management.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Experience in managing teams and driving sales growth is essential.
