The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage the branch team, develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include handling branch finances, monitoring and managing risks, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and supporting community outreach initiatives. The Branch Manager will work to maintain and enhance client relationships while growing the branch’s market presence.
