Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Manager to lead our Mutual Funds team in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and management, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to boost mutual fund sales and expand the customer base.
Lead and motivate a team of financial professionals to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing teams and driving business growth in the BFSI industry.
Strong knowledge of mutual funds products and services, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working with CRM software and other financial systems is an advantage.
