Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Mutual Funds team in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 9 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to boost mutual fund sales and expand the customer base.
Lead and motivate a team of financial professionals to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service and support.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in mutual funds sales or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, including mutual funds products and services.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with customers and colleagues.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans to capitalize on opportunities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
