Position:- Executive - SBI Renewal Process Requirements:- - Educational Qualification: HSC fresher is acceptable - Language Skills: Proficiency in normal Hindi and Marathi communication is required - Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM with rotational shifts - Salary: 14,500 In-hand Job Description:- As an Executive for the SBI Renewal Process, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers regarding their insurance premiums, due dates, and sending reminders as necessary. This role requires effective communication skills in Hindi and Marathi to ensure clear and concise interactions with customers. Key Responsibilities:- - Make outbound calls to customers to provide information about their insurance premiums. - Inform customers about due dates and send reminders for timely renewals. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Qualifications and Skills:- - Minimum educational qualification of HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) is required. - Fluent in Hindi and Marathi languages for effective communication with customers.
