Job Position: Biryani Master (Chennai Muslim) Location: Qatar Interview Mode: Zoom Salary: QAR 2500 to 3000 Job Description We are hiring an experienced Biryani Master with strong expertise in Hyderabadi Dum Biryani and other regional styles, preferably from the Chennai Muslim culinary background. Key Responsibilities Prepare a variety of biryani dishes, including Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, using traditional regional techniques. Chop, portion, and prepare ingredients such as meat, rice, and vegetables for cooking. Master the Dum cooking method, including the precise layering of ingredients and slow-cooking techniques. Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of all biryani dishes. Possess knowledge of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian biryani variations and related dishes like Yakhni Pulao. Maintain kitchen cleanliness, and follow proper ingredient storage and hygiene practices. Interact with customers when needed, answer questions about the menu, and offer recommendations. Work efficiently with other kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations. Preferred Candidate Must have proven experience as a Biryani Chef, particularly with Hyderabadi Dum Biryani. Skilled in handling traditional spices, techniques, and cooking processes. Capable of working under pressure in a high-volume kitchen environment. Good teamwork and communication skills.
