BIM MEP Modeler/Engineer

We are seeking BIM–MEP Engineers/Modelers with 3 to 4 years of experience in delivering technically sound BIM models and documentation using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. The ideal candidates will work on international BIM projects (USA, UK, ANZ) and be responsible for modeling, family creation, documentation, clash checking, and drawing production for MEP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate 3D BIM models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using Revit MEP and AutoCAD MEP.
• Create and modify Revit families, worksets, schedules, parameters, and formulas based on project requirements.
• Set up and manage project templates, views, sheets, filters, and documentation sets.
• Generate coordinated shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Follow project-specific BIM execution plans and ensure compliance with international BIM standards (US, UK, ANZ).
• Maintain model accuracy and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with team leads and designers to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience working on BIM MEP projects.
• Expertise in:
• Revit MEP (modeling, families, worksets, annotation, documentation)
• AutoCAD MEP
• Navisworks (clash detection and coordination)
• Solid understanding of MEP components, systems, and documentation processes.
• Familiarity with international codes and client specifications from USA, UK, and ANZ.
• Strong attention to detail, quality orientation, and communication skills.
