Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Manager with a strong background in bench sales or business development within the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with Tier 1 vendors or prime vendors, successfully managing the recruitment process for IT consultants on the bench. This position is based in Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai and requires 10 to 15 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Actively source, recruit, and place IT consultants who are currently on the bench, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 and prime vendors to facilitate placement opportunities for bench resources.
  • Stay updated on market trends, demand for skill sets, and competitor activities to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Leverage industry contacts, social media, and job boards to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Negotiate pay rates and terms with candidates and vendors to secure optimal placements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and deliver qualified candidates promptly.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in bench sales recruitment or business development within the US staffing industry.
  • Proven experience working with Tier 1 vendors or prime vendors.
  • Strong understanding of IT staffing and the skills required for various technical roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
